Thirdmoon - Grotesque Autumnal Weepings (1997)

Bad production, amazing melodies and atmospheric passages, energic vocals, drum programming and no bass. The first album by the fantastic band Thirdmoon, and the only one I can qualify as black metal. The songs are very simple, but the atmospheres made by the keyboards are just fantastic. Some great guitar riffs. The worst part is the drum machine, it is just too fast, impossible to play. There were just 3 members on this band, formed back in 1994.
This is a good album, overlooked and ruined by bad production.
Highlights: Timeless Dissent, Supreme Ancient Sanctum.

Mala procuccion, melodias asombrosas y pasajes atmosféricos, vocals enérgicas, drum programming y ausencia de bajo. El primer album de la banda fantástica Thirdmoon, y el único que califico como black metal. Las canciones son muy simples, pero las atmósferas hechas por el tecladista son geniales. Buen trabajo de la guitarra. La peor parte del album es la maquina de bateria, muy rapida e imposible de tocar. Solo habian 3 miembros en la banda, que fue formada tiempo atrás en el año 1994.
Es un buen album, poco buscado y arruinado por la mala producción.
